Can I see one before I commit?
You already can. Every site on this page is live and finished — open any of them and use it like a customer. That is the whole point of the house.
What does it cost?
Two ways. $500 to build it, then $100 a month and I keep it maintained. Or $1,000 once with no monthly — you take the finished site and there is no ongoing bill. You know which number applies before I start.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. Tell me the business and I will tell you what the site should include, and what it should leave out. If you have copy you love, we use it.
What happens after it launches?
You get a finished site you can send to a customer the same day. On the monthly plan I stay on for changes and upkeep. On the flat price the site is yours as it stands.
Commission
Yours would be the seventh room.
